FAQs
"Your Attitude Surveys were very helpful both in providing ammunition during settlement discussions and providing me with a very quick and economical view of the case from a lay-person's perspective.  It definitely helped me to focus on certain issues and juror attitudes that I had not previously focused on.  This was critically important in preparing the case for trial and voir dire, and especially in obtaining a great settlement for my client."
Lewis Chimes, Partner, Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Chimes & Richardson, P.C.

At Jury Solutions, we assist lawyers in preparing their best offense or defense in any kind of case, recognizing that every case is different.  Rather than rely on a boilerplate “one size fits all” approach, we customize each project to fit to the unique characteristics of your client’s case.  At the same time, every project employs a systematic methodology that provides our clients with accurate feedback upon which they can rely.

Well-developed case presentations: For meaningful results, the mock trial litigant must prosecute or defend against an equally well-prepared opponent. We work directly with the attorneys to craft powerful and balanced case presentations for both sides. We pride ourselves on developing the opponent's best case so our client can anticipate and overcome problematic issues at trial.

The highest quality mock jurors: Reliable feedback depends on qualified jurors. Too many trial consultants delegate juror recruitment to market research firms, where inexperienced personnel find jurors from a list of "regulars." This results in an unrepresentative jury of "professional testers" who are often not adequately screened for bias. We personally screen each participant to ensure that our client's requirements are satisfied. We also use our expertise to probe for biases that would be cause for dismissal in an actual case.

Unique project design:  Who jurors are and what they believe can make the difference in case outcome. Our mock jurors respond to comprehensive questionnaires throughout each project. They also answer special preliminary questionnaires that reveal relevant attitudes and experiences.  We determine how these factors affect jurors' ultimate decisions so that our final work product delivers a "blueprint" of case strengths and weaknesses, as well as the best possible voir dire strategy.
