Carolyn S. Koch, J.D.
Ms. Koch is a trial consultant and the principal of Jury Solutions. She has more than 14 years experience as a trial consultant, assisting both plaintiff and defense lawyers in jury research and jury selections in all areas of the law, across the country.

As a bar-admitted attorney, Ms. Koch can assist lawyers at the most critical stages of jury selection. At her client’s request, she has been able to directly participate in voir dire, at the bench, in judge’s chambers, and even questioning jurors directly so as to fully increase counsel’s chances of ferreting out harmful biases.

Ms. Koch is also an accomplished speaker and has participated in many accredited CLEs as well as addressed lawyers’ groups at local, state, and national levels. She has appeared on national news as a commentator on CNN and Fox.Ms. Koch graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut. She graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to the District of Columbia and Connecticut Bars and is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

 

 

Brigid Donohue, J.D.
Ms. Donohue is a bar-admitted attorney and began her work as a litigation consultant in 1992. She has assisted both plaintiff and defense lawyers in a wide variety of cases in numerous jurisdictions.

She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. After a clerkship with Justice David M. Shea of the Connecticut Supreme Court, Ms. Donohue joined the faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Law where she taught trial and appellate advocacy skills, negotiation, mediation, counseling and legal research and writing.

In her consulting practice, Ms. Donohue uses her expertise in written and oral advocacy to assist lawyers in crafting winning arguments and witness examinations, persuasive legal briefs of all types and in developing compelling demonstrative evidence and overall case strategies. She also draws upon a wealth of experience with psychological type theory which she uses to analyze jurors, both in mock jury research projects and at actual voir dire.


David Silversmith

Mr. Silversmith coordinates the technology behind Early Jury. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology, information management and market research. As Chief Technology Officer he managed the technology to help establish Carfax.com as the leading provider of vehicle information. He also managed customer service and training for Nielson Claritas, the preferred choice of Fortune 500 companies who wish to optimize their customer targeting, media strategies and site analysis decisions.

Mr. Silversmith is a graduate of Union College of New York. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. He has been quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Inc. magazine and is a ThinkerNet blogger on Internet Evolution.
